In a recent video posted on ASIA ARTIST AWARDS YouTube channel, the singer and actor looked back on hosting the 10th anniversary AAA (Asia Artist Awards) ceremony, describing it as both exciting and nerve-racking. He said the event felt especially meaningful because it brought so many stars together in one place for a major celebration.

Jun-ho shared that he hosted the ceremony for about six hours, calling it a joyful experience filled with “good tension.” He added that receiving an award on top of his MC duties made the night even more special.

He also praised his co-host Won-young, describing her as highly professional and saying the two worked together smoothly throughout the long show. Junho noted that dancing a waltz during the event became a memorable and unusual experience for him, adding that while it felt a little shy and unfamiliar, it was also fun.

Looking back on 2025, Jun-ho said it was a year dominated by “Typhoon Family” and “Cashero”. He explained that when he immerses himself in a project, he often ends up living like the character he is playing, which is why the year felt like a storm to him. At the same time, he said the release of “Cashero” toward the end of the year felt like a Christmas gift.

Jun-ho also gave a glimpse into what lies ahead. He said he is preparing for the filming of a new project titled “Viking,” and is currently focusing on shaping his character for the role. In addition, he revealed that he is getting ready for 2PM’s group concert at Tokyo Dome in May, which is expected to be one of his biggest upcoming schedules.

After that, he said, filming will likely continue to take up most of his time.

When asked what kind of role he would like to have if he returns to AAA in the future, Jun-ho said hosting was incredibly fun, but he also thinks it would be exciting to attend as an award recipient and simply enjoy the performances across the six-hour show from a different perspective.

He ended the interview by thanking fans for their continued love and support, expressing his hope that 2026 will be a happy year for everyone. Jun-ho added that he plans to keep working hard and promised to meet fans again soon.
